(3) We will take reasonable and feasible measures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information. When using the services of Sino-European Procurement Platform for online transactions, you inevitably need to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you find that your personal information, especially your account number or password, is leaked, please contact the service center immediately so that we can take corresponding measures according to your application.
Please note that the information you voluntarily share or even publicly share when using our services may involve your or others’ personal information or even personal sensitive information. Please consider more carefully whether to share or even publicly share relevant information when using our services.
Please use complex password to help us ensure the security of your account. We will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send us. If our physical, technical or management protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering or destruction of information, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
(5) We will update and disclose the security risk, personal information security impact assessment report and other relevant contents from time to time, which can be obtained through the announcement of Sino-European Procurement Platform.
(6) In case of personal information security incident, we will inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions you can take to prevent and reduce the risk independently, and the remedial measures for you according to the requirements of laws and regulations. You have the right to access your personal information, except for the exceptions provided by laws and regulations. You can access your personal information by yourself in the following ways:

Search information - you can login your account to access or clear your search history through the platform.

If you cannot access such personal information through the above path, you can contact us at any time through the service center. We will reply to your request within 15 days.
For other personal information generated during your use of our products or services, we will provide it to you in accordance with the relevant arrangements in "(VII) Respond to your above requests" of this article.
(2) Correct or supplement your personal information
You have the right to ask us to make correction or supplement when you find that the personal information we handle about you is wrong. You can apply for correction or supplement in the way listed in "(1) Access to your personal information".
(3) Delete your personal information
You can delete some of your personal information by "(1) Access your personal information".
You can request us to delete personal information in the following circumstances:

We will reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also send a complaint through the service center.
In principle, we will not charge you for your reasonable requests, but we will charge you a certain cost for repeated requests beyond the reasonable limit as the case may be. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (for example, need to develop new systems or fundamentally change existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very unrealistic.
We will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations in the following cases:
1. Related to national security and national defense security;
2. Related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
3. Relating to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments, etc;
4. There is sufficient evidence to show that the personal information subject has subjective malice or abuse of rights;
5. Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
6. Involving business secrets.
